Distribution Policy
1.1 Distribution Scope
Our products can be delivered to most areas of the country. If there is any special area that is not within the scope of delivery, we will clearly inform you when we process the order.

1.2 Delivery Method
Standard delivery: the estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days after the order is placed.
Expedited Delivery: The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days after the order is placed, and additional expedited fee is required.
1.3 Delivery Fee
Standard delivery service is free of charge. For expedited delivery service, we will charge according to the weight and destination of the order.

1.4 Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, you will receive a package tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package on our website or the website of the relevant courier company.

Return Policy
2.1 Return conditions
Return time: 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
Merchandise Condition: Returned merchandise must be unused and remain intact in its original packaging.
Return Procedure: Please apply for return through our customer service center, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the return package has been received and inspected for accuracy. The refund will be made to your original payment account. If the refund is delayed, please check your bank account first and then contact us to enquire.
